Arriving in the new Cisco 360 era

With the launch of the new Cisco 360 Partner Programme on 26 January 2026, a new phase in the collaboration between Cisco, its partner ecosystem and our joint customers has begun. This programme marks the biggest change in the Cisco partner model for many years and consistently focuses on the success of our joint customers in the age of AI.

What does the Cisco 360PartnerProgramme mean for our customers?

From now on, the Cisco Partner Programme offers a new basis for how partnership is defined at Cisco. It connects manufacturers, partners and customers even more closely. The new partner level no longer only describes achieved sales, individual product and personal certifications, but also evaluates the contribution that partners make to the customer over the entire product life cycle for each architecture. In an integrated model, Cisco now assesses the qualifications of each partner based on their innovation, customer proximity and commitment in order to be able to competently implement AI-ready data centres, future-proof workplaces and digital resilience for customers.

Preferred Partner: The new quality standard for demanding Cisco projects

The new "Preferred Partner" designation is the new proof of quality for all Cisco partners. For each architecture, customers can quickly and easily identify the best-qualified partner for the realisation of their projects.

The new partner badges show at a glance what our customers can expect from us now and in the future. We are proud to have already achieved the highest status in 5 categories with the start of the new partner programme: Cisco preferred partner!
