Window day regulation & Christmas vacation

New colleagues receive general information about CANCOM Austria during onboarding. At the beginning of each month, there is a presentation by the HR department where all new employees are welcomed.

What CANCOM Austria University offers

CANCOM Austria University is the central institution for all CANCOM learning activities in Austria. It offers a wide range of training content to the various target groups among CANCOM Austria employees.

The learning opportunities offered by CANCOM Austria University are comparable to the structure of a university. It is open to the entire CANCOM Austria workforce and starts with a kind of undergraduate course. The subsequent postgraduate studies are based on the career path chosen and are made up of compulsory and optional subjects. It is also possible for existing experience to be taken into account.
