An application is the first step towards a possible future together - and we take our time for this.
It is important to us that you get a good picture of us and that we get to know you in peace. This is how we create the basis for both sides to make an informed decision in the end.

Incoming applications

As soon as we receive your application, it will be entered into our application system - and we will get back to you as soon as possible. You will receive initial feedback from us within a few days.

Get to know each other virtually or in person

If your profile matches our advertised position, we will invite you to an initial interview. Here you will meet your potential future manager and your HR contact person directly. We'll tell you more about CANCOM, how we work and the job - and we're looking forward to getting to know you and your career. At the latest ?? Weeks after the interview, you'll know what happens next.

Professional and personal deep dive

If we both have the feeling after the first meeting that it is a good fit, a second meeting follows. Depending on the area, this can be a team meeting or a professional exchange with the manager. This allows you to get to know your future team better, ask open questions and get an even clearer picture of your potential role. If we have agreed in the initial interview that you will work on a task, you will present it and we will give you feedback afterwards. Here too, you will receive feedback within ?? Weeks.

Decision and commitment

Now it's up to both sides: we reflect on all discussions and get feedback from those involved - and you also have time to think about everything. We will inform you personally of the final decision in a phone call.
